take me back to those days

I stumbled upon this picture on facebook the other day.
It brought back a flood of memories. We went bowling that night, I think I lost horribly. Then we stopped at the infamous Sip It soda shack and bought drinks. They had just got  an order of these adorable shirts and none of us could resist buying one. I spent my precious food money from my 6 hour a week job working at the library on a shirt I adored but couldn't really afford. I wouldn't take back that purchase because the memories are priceless. Then we went back to our apartment and decided we needed a picture in our shirts. Our friend Alex took this picture, I think he said something funny... or someone must have judging from my facial expression. After that I was introduced to The Truman Show, a movie that left me paranoid that my life was secretly a reality show and all the people in it were just actors.
Sometimes I want to go back to those days. To the days of giggling with my roommates at 3 in the morning over absolutely nothing. To the days of finding pictures to add to our man wall. To the days of long walks around campus. To the days of talking about boys while eating breakfast. To the days of going running every night with some of my best friends. To the days of homework party's at the library. To the days of movie nights and making unhealthy food. To the days of walking to the grocery store because none of us had a car. Take me back.

the end of an era

I'm leaving Snow, graduating, moving on. I can't believe that this day actually came.
There are so many things I'm going to miss;

The Library: I love that place, I worked there for a year and a half and spent LOTS of hours doing homework there. I have so many memories, like the times I almost got smashed in the moving bookshelves, my favorite reading corner, seeing the book shelves move and an attractive boy looking back at me, study sessions with my roommates. The library treated me well.

Sip it: The best soda shack there ever was. Sip it got me through many late night study sessions, and I will miss it greatly.

Ephraim: It smells like turkey's and it's really small, but somehow it has become my second home.

My Roommates: I am so blessed, both of my years at Snow I had the most amazing roommates. I don't know what I'm going to do when I don't see them every day. All the crazy nights laughing, the inside jokes, seriously they are my best friends. I'll probably just end up visiting them ALL the time!

Fall 2012-Spring 2013

Sorry for the picture overload, I just couldn't decide between all of them! Going to Snow has been such a good experience for me, and I am so grateful for all the friends I met, all the fun crazy moments that I had and all the things that I've learned.

Here's to moving on to new adventures, because even though change is hard it's good too.
