Valentines day

 Valentines day, most people my age are either bragging about their boyfriend or girlfriend, or if they're single then they are complaining about the fact that they don't have anyone to celebrate valentines day with. Well I'm currently in the singles awareness club and this year it is completley fine with me! Usually I don't have the best attitude on valentines day, but this year I've seen it a different way. I was at work talking to my superviser about valentines day. She was telling me that she doesn't have a boyfriend to celebrate valentines day with this year but then she said, "I just figure that when I do finally have someone to celebrate valentines with I'll appreciate it a lot more." Just as simple as that, but it really hit me just the fact that she was so positive about it and realized that one day I'll have that, right now I don't and that's ok. Instead of saying "oh I don't have a boyfriend this valentines day my life is awful, I'm never going to have a boyfriend!" The way most single girls are saying today. So this year I'm looking at valentines day like I might not have anyone now and that's fine, but I will one day and then I'll appreciate it so much more! And I have the best family that I love and who love me so It's a pretty good valentines day if I do say so myself! Happy Valentines day everyone! Go tell someone you love them, it doesn't have to be a boyfriend or girlfriend it could be your parents, siblings, or even your dog but really just tell someone that you love them! :)
